The next day's programming at GNetwork360 had a variety of presentations, including more details on LGBT travel research by Jeffrey Eslinger of DK Shifflet, NYC travel by Donna Keren of NYC & Company, LGBTQ Canadian travel by David Walberg of Xtra!, social media marketing by Matt Skallerud of Pink Banana Media, and a wrap-up LGBT influencer panel including Meg Cale, Davey Wavey, Duane Wells and Jurriaan Teulings.
The LGBT Meeting Professionals Association (LGBTMPA) has announced the creation of its advisory board. The board of experienced professionals met in Las Vegas and committed to the organization’s goals including the first annual conference; developing the organization’s education and certificate programs and launching the first bi-directional mentoring initiative in the meeting planners profession.

This event really kicked off the start of the evolution of music. For decades, women have found it very difficult to rise in the music industry. Let along with being in the lgbtq community. This large event definitely brought so much attention and has influenced further events and acceptance for lesbian women worldwide.

The Gala featured the presentation of the CGLCC Business Leadership Awards. It was hosted by the very funny Gavin Crawford ​and featured a knockout performance by Juno Award winning artist Divine Brown. The Gala supports the CGLCC Leadership Development Fund, a dedicated fund of the Canadian Gay & Lesbian Business Education Foundation. The Fund focuses on three core pillars: business, community, and youth, providing support in the form of training and education, skills development, and opportunity building. Money raised at the Gala is used in part for the creation of a scholarship for first year MBA students that have contributed significantly to the LGBT community.
The National Association of Gay and Lesbian Real Estate Professionals (NAGLREP)'s Oct. meeting is said to be the largest LGBT+ and allied real estate event.
The LGBT New Media Expo & Trade Show is now less than one week away, on December 13th from 2 to 6 pm at the Vdara Hotel in Las Vegas… we’ll have a full house of exhibitors, and the attendee RSVPs are through the roof, with both the CMI Tourism folks coming at the beginning of the trade show & expo, and the local Las Vegas business community coming towards the latter half of the trade show & expo.

After the trade show & expo, the folks at QVegas and Gay.Vegas have put together an after-party reception at the Clique Bar & Lounge inside the Cosmopolitan Hotel, next door to our venue at the Vdara. This event is from 7-9 pm, and includes open bar hosted by QVegas Magazine, Gay.Vegas and the Clique Bar & Lounge from 7-8 pm.
